― OE technology for superior engine performance at an affordable price –

LONG BEACH, Calif. – PowerEdge, a brand of DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc. specializing in quality, competitively priced commercial and heavy-duty replacement parts, has added high-performance sensors that monitor nitrogen oxide (NOx) levels to its trademark line of aftermarket products for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. NOx sensors play a crucial role in ensuring tailpipe exhaust from trucks, buses and other commercial and industrial vehicles comply with federal NOx emissions regulations.

“PowerEdge NOx sensors are the solution the heavy-duty aftermarket has been asking for,” said Andrew Shlatz, sales manager of heavy-duty aftermarket products. “Fleet owners and operators need no longer choose between quality and value to meet federal NOx emissions reduction standards.”

The NOx sensors also reinforce PowerEdge as the go-to program for fleets of all sizes, Shlatz added. “Customers can now source these replacement parts from the same trusted brand they rely on for the diesel aftertreatment products that capture more than 85% of soot from the trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles that power the U.S. economy.”

DENSO sales teams launched PowerEdge NOx sensors Aug. 1 by marketing the new product directly to buying groups and warehouse distributors. The introductory line features 16-part numbers that cover the highest percentage of Class 7 and 8 vehicles on the road today – nearly 40 Chrysler/RAM/Stellantis, Cummins, Daimler Truck and Ford models. They include medium-duty commercial trucks, street sweepers, garbage trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles such as drayage, cement and dump trucks.

Built to original equipment (OE) specifications, PowerEdge NOx sensors are manufactured in the U.S. with top-grade materials to ensure diesel engines and their emissions systems are operating at peak performance. All units are 100% new (never remanufactured), ISO 9001 and ATF 16949 certified, and covered by a one-year warranty.

Additionally, PowerEdge NOx sensors meet federal emissions standards in all 50 states, including California. DENSO expects to add more part numbers down the road. The NOx sensors expand PowerEdge’s portfolio of diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOCs), which have 98% coverage of Class 8 trucks 2007 and newer. They are among the PowerEdge products DENSO will showcase at upcoming industry trade shows, including the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in November and the 2026 Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW’26) in January.
